International airmail rates are now $61.00 (for 4 lbs.). International airmail can take as long as 22 days, so please be patient. I ship within 24 business hours of your order, but I can't control the USPS. I do guarantee that the book will arrive undamaged and sign every book myself.
Within the U.S., I ship the book mediamail and absorb the mailing costs myself. You pay only $49.95 for the book. I also ship within 24 business hours (not counting weekends) of your order.
